Deadline for submission to the Planning Commission meeting is 14 days prior to the upcoming meeting date.  Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 PM and must include complete sets of plans and supporting documentation, as required by the Township to be included in upcoming meeting packet and on the agenda.

Fees for Preliminary and Final Plans

Engineering, Initial Deposit  $2,000.00 
Application Filing Fee  $500.00 
Stormwater Filing Fee (One time fee)  $100.00 
Stormwater, Initial Deposit (One time fee)  $250.00 

Fees for Final Plans

Recreation & Open Space Contribution                                               $1500.00 (per dwelling unit)
