Fees

Deadline for submission to the Planning Commission meeting is 14 days prior to the upcoming meeting date, which is always a Thursday. The deadline for the December 6 meeting is November 21, 2017 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Submissions must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. and must have complete sets of plans and supporting documentation, as required by the Township.

Fees for Preliminary and Final Plans

Engineering, Initial Deposit  $2,000.00 
Application Filing Fee  $500.00 
Stormwater Filing Fee (One time fee)  $100.00 
Stormwater, Initial Deposit (One time fee)  $250.00 

Fees for Final Plans

Recreation & Open Space Contribution                                               $1500.00 (per dwelling unit)
