NOTICE OF HEARING
The Monroe Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The following Request for Conditional Use Relief will be heard:
Applicant: Threefold Schoolhouse
Owner: PenTex Properties, LLC
Property: 133 Old Stonehouse Road, Carlisle, PA
Parcel No.: 22-09-0537-032
Applicant is requesting conditional use relief for the property located in the Agricultural Zoning district. The relief requested is for a community homeschool co-operative.
The above hearing will be held at the Monroe Township Municipal Building, 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
All interested parties are urged to attend. The aforementioned application and plans are available for inspection by the public at the Monroe Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.
