NOTICE OF HEARING
The Monroe Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The following stormwater fee appeal will be heard:
Property: West Lisburn Road near the intersection of Old Stonehouse Road
Mechanicsburg, PA (Baker Cemetery)
Owner: First Church of the Brethren
Parcel No.: 22-10-0640-78-EX
Applicant is requesting an exemption from the stormwater fee
The above hearing will be conducted virtually using the “GoToMeeting” software. Information on how the public may access the meeting will be available on our website (www.monroetwp.net) prior to the hearing.
All interested parties are urged to attend. The aforementioned application is available for inspection by the public at the Monroe Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021, for purposes of receiving public comment on the proposed ordinance summarized below. The hearing will be conducted virtually using the “GoToMeeting” software. Information on how the public may access the meeting will be available on our website (www.monroetwp.net) prior to the meeting. The full text of the proposed ordinance may be examined without charge and copies obtained for a price no greater than the cost thereof during regular business hours at the Monroe Township Municipal Building, located at 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. A copy of the proposed ordinance is filed with the newspaper publishing this notice and at the office of the Supervisors, 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. After the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will consider enacting the ordinance at the same public meeting that starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021. The public meeting will also be conducted virtually using the “GoToMeeting” software. Information on how the public may access the meeting will be available on our website (www.monroetwp.net) prior to the meeting.
